Marvino Tech – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Marvino Tech handles order processing, delivery methods, shipping fees, and customer responsibilities.

1. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation.All orders are prepared and shipped by MARVINO TECH.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on:
• delivery location
• product availability
• size and weight of the item
• carrier schedules
• weather conditions or unforeseen delays
Estimated delivery timelines may be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Marvino Tech is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
3.1 Standard Delivery
• For small and medium-sized items
• Delivered by courier or local delivery partner
3.2 Large Item Delivery
• Delivered by freight or specialized delivery partners
• Standard delivery includes curbside or doorstep delivery only
3.3 In-Store Pickup (If/When Available)
• Free
• Pickup time will be specified at checkout
• Valid government-issued ID and order confirmation required
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
• delivery address
• product weight and dimensions
• delivery method
• number of items
For small and medium-sized items, shipping fees are calculated automatically and shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout for orders below this amount
5. Delivery Attempts
For courier deliveries:
• The carrier will attempt delivery to the provided address
• If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice may be left with instructions for redelivery or pickup
For large-item deliveries:
• The customer must be available during the scheduled delivery window
• If delivery fails due to absence, inaccessible location, or missing instructions, redelivery fees may apply
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
• the delivery address is accurate and complete
• access to the delivery location is possible
Failure to meet these requirements may result in:
• delivery cancellation
• rescheduling fees
• non-refundable shipping charges
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect:
• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and/or videos
• Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved
Marvino Tech will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability.
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling is not covered.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
• You will receive a tracking number (for carriers that support tracking)
• Large-item deliveries may be coordinated by phone or email
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
9. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
• Canada (local and national delivery depending on item size)
10. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect delivery address is provided:
• Contact us immediately
• If the order has not shipped, we may update the address
• If the order has already shipped, rerouting fees or return shipping charges may apply
Marvino Tech is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
