At Marvino Tech, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled for purchases made online and in-store.
By placing an order or purchasing products at Marvino Tech, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Online Orders (Website & App)
1.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
• If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued.
• If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

1.2 Order Cancellation by Marvino Tech
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
• product unavailability or stock issues
• delivery restrictions
• payment problems
• suspected fraud or security issues
• unforeseen operational challenges
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
2. Returns & Refunds – Online Purchases
2.1 Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page
Returns requested after the allowed period may not be accepted.
2.2 Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Personal care or hygiene items
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
2.3 Return Process

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
3. You will receive instructions on how to return the product
4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
Return shipping costs are:
• Paid by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect
• Non-refundable
2.4 Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be issued:
• to your original method of payment
• within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping fees, delivery fees, and service charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges (Online & In-Store)
We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
4. In-Store Purchases (Physical Store)
4.1 Return Window (Store Policy)
Items purchased in-store may be returned within:
• 7 days with receipt
• In original condition and packaging
Refunds will be issued according to the store’s payment method:
• Debit/credit → back to card
• Cash → cash refund
• Interac tap or mobile pay → refund to card when possible
4.2 Non-Returnable In-Store Items
Same as online purchases:
• Bedding and textiles once opened
• Clearance or final sale items
• Hygiene or personal care products
• Custom orders
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Report it within 48 hours of delivery or purchase
• Provide photos or videos as proof
• Products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on availability
Damage caused by misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
6. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping, handling, and delivery fees are:
• non-refundable
• deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), return shipping is free.
7. Store Credit
In certain cases, Marvino Tech may issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.
Store credit:
• is non-transferable
• does not expire
• can be used online or in-store
