Marvino Tech – Return Policy

At Marvino Center, we want our customers to be completely satisfied. This Return Policy explains how returns and exchanges are handled for purchases made online and in-store.
1. Return Window
1.1 Online Purchases (Website & App)
You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be:
• unused
• in original condition
• in original packaging
• accompanied by all manuals, accessories, and parts
1.2 In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Bedding, pillows, and mattresses once opened
• Personal hygiene and beauty items
• Custom-made or special-order items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
3. Return Process (Online Orders)
To start a return:
1. Contact 705-418-1110
2. Provide:
• order number
• product name
• reason for return
• photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
3. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping address
Return shipping fees:
• Paid by the customer, except if the item is defective or incorrect
• Non-refundable
Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
• Must be requested within 7 days
• Item must be in perfect, unused condition
• If the replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Report it within 48 hours of delivery or purchase
• Share clear photos or videos as proof
• We will replace, repair, or refund the item depending on availability
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return.
6. Refund Method
If your return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
• Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable
7. In-Store Return Conditions
For physical locations :
• Returns require the original receipt
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refund will be issued based on the original payment method
• Cash payments → cash refund
• Card payments → refund to the same card
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable cannot be exchanged or refunded.
